Talking tails

i did my tails about 6 months ago, also for the first time and im really happy with the way they came out!! no bubbles and all straight lines. They werent precut, it pretty much went on like tint, wet it with dilluted window cleaner, heat gun, stretch, and then i cut!! i was told to heat and stretch so they will come out clearer and it deffinitely makes a noticible difference!!

Had mine over a year and it still looks good as new. I just keep maintaining the overlay by applying wax.

I did mine too, this thread inspired me.

Got mine from here (2 sheets)
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/24-x-...Q5fAccessories

Honestly I must say that this is probably the hardest things I have done to my car.
Used a heat gun, and bought a squeegee and some tint application stuff from autozone.
It looks good from anywhere further than 3 feet, even standing next to the car it looks great!!
But if someone gives the tint a close look, all the bubbles and stuff are easy to see..

Am I happy with the results? Would I do it again?... Yes totally
Will I try to re-do them later... Yep!

Yeah I think anything is better than stock IS300 tail lights.
Dam Hondas and ricers ruined the look of the altezza lights...
