if you look at the htrz 2 it has way different design, htrz 3 is a better design after a lot of complaints with noise on the htrz 2, grip also improved.
htrz 3 is a great tire for the price. all in all both brands are equally good, pick all season or summer tire.

I bought a set of Falkins and after about 10,000 miles and two rotations they sound like snow tires. If you open the sunroof and turn up the radio it's not as bad. I regret not getting more expensive tires.
