Yeh, I think it has A LOT to do with where you live. I gots me a 97 SC3 that is nicely modified (17in chromes, clear corners). But the PROBLEM is I live in Orlando, FL and nowadays, you gotta be drivin a Lotus, or Porsche, or some other $90K+ car to get attention from the girlies. Seriously, I've never seen so many teeny-boppers rollin in beemers and caddies in my life. Driving a lexus just doesnt mean that much down here cuz everyone's got the same or equivalent. I'm sure parts of CA and NY have the same problem. I do get occaisonal looks, but not as many as I expected. On the other hand, I LOVE the SC3's and get even more satisfaction knowing that I pay the bills on it w/out any help from daddy! = )

Mines I gets lots of attention within a week lots of people ask me where I get my hood, is it reliable? I want to get one for my son. Or wow it's sexy car I love the color and sporty look.

I love my IS300! It's been really reliable and it takes off quick! When I purchased it! It came with mods.

I'll never sell this car.

It's pretty rare that somebody mention it. For my defense, we have lots of Ferraris, Porsche, some McLarens and BMW M's roaming on the streets. This is great help for staying under the radar.

Whatever, on few occasions, I had mechanics apprentice running out their shop with their smartphones to take pictures, and it's also one of the favourite car of my local garage. Ah yes, and somebody whanted to buy it from me once (yes, he made a serious offer)... this never happened before with any of my older sh_tty cars.

Clean IS300’s get a lot of attention around here. They’re pretty uncommon now.

Holy thread revival. I get a lot of "nice! is that a supra? must be worth a fortune" comments.
