I just got my brand new IS300 Standard tranny and have around 1500 dollas to spend on it so what should i get??...i was thinking about getting an exhaust, catalytic converter, intake, and headers...does that sound about right and where can i go to find good quality products for the IS cuz i know nothing of performance for an IS so whats a good company of performance products and where can i find em???

It depends on how fast u want ur car to go. Toyomoto makes really good headers, and have a nice exhaust. Exhaust choices are pretty much personal preference. I personally gave up on performance modifications, cause i'm waiting for a turbo kit for an automatic to be out, and tested out. I bought 19" Advan Model 5 w/ Toyo T1S tires, and am gonna be tinting my windows soon, and working on ordering Coilovers, either H&R, or HKS. So, its realy up to you on what you want to do. If you want a turbo, I'd def wait, if you want your car arounds mid 14s go w/ the toyomoto header, exhaust, and an intake.
