Is this IS300 a good buy?

It is to protect the bumper from melting & to protect the paint from carbon buildup.
This is typically used for boosted cars that are a lighter color.
This is a more extreme example of why this plate is used.
It usually doesn't get this bad unless you let it get to this level by not cleaning or poor tuning.
That sheeit is hard to clean off..
And looks horrible especially on light color cars.
That's why you put the plate there (black or metal finish).
But on stock IS300.... plate is not necessary

With all the replies, I know I can expect ClubLexus to come through.
And yes, I have decided against buying this car, mostly because of the dishonest previous owner.
I am still in the market for a used IS300 in 5 speed so if anyone in the San Francisco Bay Area has one, shoot me a PM!
