number II... Powder Coat with Polished lip

Looking to powdecoat these to fit my GGp... . not sure on color yet, any ideas ?

you're right for sure, but I'm wondering what other color will look good with the 3" polished lip...purple, white, alloy...etc, etc..

I did consider doing a couple other colors on mine and different schemes but one color I really liked was Candy Raspberry

I will warn you that unless you are doing it yourself that candy powder coating is very costly

Yeah Im actually selling those RS's.. I have an opportunity to own some EXTREMELY rare and EXTREMELY baller wheels a friend of mine has sat on for over 10 years now lol... But I LOVE the color. I dont mind if anyone else decides to use it. As long as they arent in knoxville, TN

op, i wouldnt spend alot of money powder coating those wheels. what are they HP or MRR?

I personally would either leave them black or go GGP... I'm more for the understated than the BLAM here I am look... but it's your ride, do what you like not what others like.
