Default Looking to buy an IS300. Is this a good deal?

Hey guys, been looking for what seems forever for an IS300. I basically know next to nothing about cars, and w/ this one I was worried about the mileage. But me driving <5k/year I've been told don't worry about it. Anyway, here's the description:

----------------------

Up for sale is my 2001 Lexus is300 in MINT condition. This 4dr sport sedan has 151,000 miles. I have every receipt and ALL WORK HISTORY performed by Lexus/Toyota on the vehicle since 23,000 miles. Including oil changes every 3000 miles (mobile 1 synthetic), all new tires, brakes, rotors, timing belt at 92,000, fresh tune-up at 132,000 with plugs, wires, rotor, cap, filters. Nothing forgotten, eveything works. All options including: pw, pdl, cruise, tilt, cd player with IPOD hook-up, auto trans with paddle type shifters, sunroof, heated seats, new inspection, traction control, etc etc etc. CLEAN title in hand. Honestly, there is nothing wrong with this vehicle AT ALL, i am ONLY selling it because i just bought a new home and will not be able 2 make it up my driveway without a 4wd. lol.Trades considered. Feel free 2 contact me via txt or call xxxxxx anytime. Thanks for looking.

$5500

----------------------

There are a few more pics and it indeed looks very clean. What do you think?
