I'd like to introduce myself. I don't know if this is a normal thing here, but I usually do.

My name is Patrick and I'm from Holland. I'm a big Lexus maniac, that's why I own two: a 1995 GS300 T3 and a 2000 IS200.

Because I live in Holland (read:Europe), I can't get the nice things you guys have. You got a GS400, SC300/400, LX470 and so on. The first IS model in your place was the IS300. Here it was de IS200. Also a very nice car, but is isn't a IS300 (power does it, you know)

You got a T3 in your country with a lot of horses under the hood. Here in Europe we still got 220 hp, but....well, you know

Hi..Patrick welcomes to CL. What's T3 in Europe? We got GS 300 with 225 hp and the GS400/430 with 300 hp that's all.I think you got some better cars in Europe that they won't ship to U.S.

I always thought the T3 in your country had more hp than here in europe...hmmm, guess not

I've had contact with TTE about the IS430 and there are not yet plans to make the model available. There's only one made and not for sale.

My IS200 is going to be the same as the IS430, but just the optional looks. Same wheels, bodykit etc.

I don't have pics of the IS200 yet, but here's one of my GS300 T3

Patrick, the GS looks great. Did you get the windows tinted?

VVTI, the T3 was a special edition GS300, it had some TTE goodies on it.

 

That's right, Richie, the windows are tinted.

Little detail: the tiny spoilers at front and rear + headlightcleaners are in carcolour. Also there are little reflectors at the rear end of the car. Normally there are caps in carcolour.
