Default short on the foglight

i recently change out my gf foglight bulb twice in 4 months do u guys think if it's a possible of short ? and how can i check if it is thanks

btw it for a 03 is300 passenger foglight side

If its a short, I would think it would blow out a lot quicker then 4 months. Thats a straight up guess, though. Maybe you're buying cheap bulbs?

you got a lose wire sumwhere.. my pasenger side fog light does that.. to fix it i hit the fog light with my hand real hard n it comes right back on for a while.. wen ever i turn the lights on i jst check the reflection on the garage wall to see if its gone out.. if it has just hit it with your hand and it will come back on for a while...

Why wouldnt you just secure the connection if its that obvious?

well the second bulb i use the brand name slvania but ya the first bulb was some cheap bulb but what i notice was that both bulb blew up when i took them out

bulbs are vaccum sealed so it means air is leaking, so you hit them they;; work but thats only temp solution, my rear tail did that so i just bought new bulb and its been good

is there any moisture inside the foglight housing? That could cause the problem too. And also your not touching the actual bulb are you? oh and make sure your getting the right wattage bulb. there are 2 that will work and the higher wattage one will blow out pretty fast
