the only thing i can think of is to use better brand of brake pads or just clean your wheels more often and dont give it too much time to settle...once a week cleaning maybe good.

You can try using the Armorall wheel protectant
http://www.armorall.com/products/vie...?product_id=33
I've used it once or twice and it helps with the dust, and assuming your using for oem wheels, it won't damage your wheels

Thanks for all the suggestions. In response to this post above, my local dealership in atlanta recommends this stuff called Rim-Ice that's supposed to keep the brake dust from settling and having to clean your rims weekly. I'm pretty sure its the same concept as the Armor All Wheel Protectant. I wanted to see if any of you guys recommended it before i tried it, but i'm just gonna give it a shot and ill post what i think of the stuff. Thanks again guys!

Rim-Ice
I've been using this Rim-Ice stuff for almost a month now and its working out well, Very limited brake dust build up. It's Definitely just as good as anything else i've dabbled with.

Ceramic brake pads will greatly reduce the brake dust. and will be quieter than OEM, however expect slightly reduced braking performance.
If u ask me i will keep cleaning the wheels 24/7 and have the better braking performance
