where can i find the parts i need to swap my Trans from an Auto to a Standard....? i have no idea where to get these parts from or how to find them....im going with an R154...

I dont know where to find the parts.....sorry i just been working all F***ing day since 3am & its now 5pm and im gonna do it tomorrow so yeah u can call me a lazy A** for not doing the research myself sry i dont have time to go threw a million threads to find the specific answer im looking for.....if u wanna help me first off i need to know where to get the damn parts from & i need a damn list of the damn parts that i need to get to do this full man swap hope saying damn isnt going to be a big deal but damn it am i tired as a mug smh fml ill be back tomorrow so so long Lexus Lover's!

thx buddy i appreciate it.....i already got a my.is acct but i dont really like it.....i get lost easily...these forums on here are way easier for me to work with & even then i still get a headache....smh im just frustrated dont mind me but thank you for the adivce & info..
