EXHAUST
im getting a 4'' catback exhaust.
link: http://www.ebay.com/itm/4-TIP-CATBAC...6675f6&vxp=mtr
should i get this? its not JDM, but its JDM style, would it perform the same though? how much to install this?

BODY KIT
im also getting a techno FULL body kit.
link: http://www.visracing.com/newcatalog/...-Full-Kit.html
is this a replica of the L-tuned? how much to paint AND to install this?

i just want your guys' reference. not like "OH ITS DIFFERENT IN EACH SHOP". like what are your guys' experience of paying the amount? and i live in WALNUT CA so is there any shop that is nearby that i can go thats cheap to install/paint? thanks

That's not a 4" catback exhaust. It's a 2.5" catback exhaust with a 4" tip. Most the exhausts for the IS all perform the same. They'll just give you different tones. I would recommend you go with an HKS Carbon-Ti or GReddy SE if you want that look though. Those cheap ebay ones may change color after a while or rattle. You get what you pay for.

As for installation, do it yourself in your driveway. It'll take you 30 minutes if your bolts aren't seized to ****. If you take it to a shop it'll be anywhere from 40 bucks to 120 for install, depending on how much they like to rip you off.

The kit is a L-Tuned replica and the install and paint price will be different in each shop. It'll also depend on how much work is required to get the kit to fit. There have been some VIS kits that fit near perfect and some that have required extensive amounts of work. Once again, you get what you pay for.

its a 4 inch TIP. not a true 4 inch exhaust. kind of deceiving.

its basically a cheap replica of a HKS exhaust. dont buy cheap ****. do it right the first time or you'll end up having to pay twice to repair and replace

No problems just sound like crap. I have a cheap 3in ebay OBX muffler on my 3in exhaust and it sounds amazing but I'm boosted. If your not boosted I would stay under 3in

Isn't 4" a bit to much? I always stuck to 3". Got a lot of complaints with a 4" in "School zone" mid of the night

Pandaboy boost is Turbo built cars. We need a big exhaust so our turbos can breath, not so good for stock cars that like some back pressure
