help w/ lower blower case removal
I have tried for hours to disconnect the servo clip to remove and get to the blower motor. It looks simple but the location is to thefront near the firewall and I get a better view with the servo in re-cirulate instade of fresh air. But i see no way this lever unsnaps from the case short of breaking plastic. If I could figure out how to remove the glove box I might be able to get to it. I have the picts and it looks simple but I see no release for this metal lever from the lower fan housing on this 1990 ls. I need some tips bwfore I haul it to a body-shop please.
I had an invasion of red squirrles when I let the car set over the summer. I have even removed the belly cover from under the engine to get it ALL out. I just purchased some hollow-points

If that is the case than there is a lot of bad info out there LOL And I have a 1990 400 for sell cheap.
I have access to the lower fan case and have it down but not out do to the lever not separating from the case
I also have put the setting into recirculate which gives me somewhat better access to the lever. Yet all the posts said fresh was the proper setting. This is a 1st gen. ls 400 w/ 185k that runs like a clock.
