No ECU Signal, no start? no OBD connection..?

Sorry I know this was a while ago, but with a bad lexus immobilizer, you are saying that the car should still crank but not have working injectors right?

I've verified the ECM is good but still not comms to the OBD2 port, know why? Immobilizer or something else prevent this?

Comm issue is a fuse blown or wiring issue.
