I've been contemplating trading my beloved SC300 in for an IS300 merely for practicality purposes i.e. 4 doors, bigger trunk, no steel plate to dampin subwoofer. Any thoughts or suggestions? also what are some things to watch out for when shopping around for an IS300, like what are good years, what's too many miles, my SC has 144k and it still runs like a champ so I'm not too concerned with miles because the 2JZ's are built like tanks. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thanks y'all

They're both solid platforms and the 1is is more nimble and practical as you've stated. You honestly can't go wrong one, switching from an sc, as long as its been properly maintained. The hardest question you'll be asking yourself is what color and should I keep both cars. Two insurance payments and registration suck. Go check one out. Gl
