Engine losing rpm, stalling on idle.
It doesn't happen all the time, but quite often i can feel rough idle, as the engine is about to die. Last weekend, it took solid 5 minutes to start the car. It turned, smell of fuel was present, but couldn't start. If it did without stepping on accelerator, engine died right away. Check Engine light started flashing. At the moment, it seemed like a fuel pump is dead. It started few minutes later of trying, and it's been alright ever since. CEL disappeared as well. Rough idle is there sometimes however. So far, I've changed plugs, wires, O2 sensor, changed negative terminal to the battery (old one loose), but it didn't solve the problem. I've been experiencing the problem, since June. I used to get Lean bank code, but after plugs, I haven't gotten any code. I've read, that it's not required to changed fuel filters on IS. I believe it's something to do with fuel, I've added fuel injector cleaner to the gasoline, but still no difference. Anybody else experienced the problem? Could it be fuel filter/pump ? It's my DD, so i don't want to be surprised, if I won't be able to start the car before work one day.

Can you hear the fuel pump prime each time? Check all electrical plugs in engine bay if its gotten corroded or lose. I'd also clean the maf just to be on the safe side. Flashing check light usually leads to bad grounds as well with my experience in electrical work as a mechanic...pretty hard to diagnose that type of issue.

probably a fuel pump dude sounds like ti at least. check your fuel pressure at your fuel rail if your pressure drops fast change the pump. I had the same issue with an IS fuel pump caused all the same problems

happened again today. Car started chocking on idle, Trac started flashing along with CEL. Again Smell of fuel present. Went to Autozone right away. Codes thrown:
P0300
P0301
P0302
P0303
P0306
I did plugs and wires. So my next guess would be injectors? I'll try to grab some and see, if that makes a difference.

Car died today (kept losing power, finally couldn't go faster than 5 mph). Catalytic converter is clogged, oil leaking from camshaft seals (some outside, some to the inside). Coil cylinder #5 is most likely bad. That's the diagnostic i got.

Yeah, I was going to put straight pipe, or drill the old catalytic converter. Order new one myself, but said screw it and got them to put a new one in (Daily Driver). Car drives like never before, showing that issue was there, before i bought the car. It literally feels like it gained 50hp, waaay more responsive throtle. Ordered new Ignition Coil, camshaft seals, timing belt and vbelt. I'll dedicate next weekend and get those things changed. I recently changed plugs and wires, but since that cylinder might not work properly, plug might be garbage, so ordered a new one too. If that doesn't help, I'll just call it a day on this car.
