Interior Door Handle
How do you change the drivers side inside door handle on a 2001 Lexus IS300, any help would be appricated.

Hi, it is quite simple when you know what to do 
1. Open the little piece of plastic
2. Screw out the little screw
3. Gently pull the black plastic cover out and to the left (on the picture you can see where it is attached)
And now it is off
Be careful, the black cover might crack if the plastic is in bad shape
