Finally purchased my first car :)
Hi everyone, how are you doing? me? I'm doing great because I finally got my IS300 and boy am I excited lol I've been working and busting my *** off for the past year so that I can save enough money for my first car and let me tell you, sacrifices have been made. Barely had a social life and stuck through a job with a 4:45AM start time, but hey you gotta do what you gotta do.
Anyways, I picked this car up from a guy living in Toronto who was moving on to another stage in his life and needed to upgrade to a SUV. He owned the car for 10 years after leasing it and had a mechanic who does an auto talk show over the radio take very good care of it. 216,000km (135,000 Miles) once I get it safety certified I'm going to take it to a shop to have all of the fluids changed just for extra measure. It also came with a cool auto starter to start the engine during the winter
However, it's got some chipped paint and scratches over the rear bumper and some streaks over the roof which I'm not sure how to fix, any ideas ?
Other than that the car looks pretty good inside and out. Let me know what you think !

Thanks ais300c! Yeah I'm very excited to start some projects for this car after I get a feel for it. I'd like to be able to generally be comfortable with DIY.

Congrats! Hard work always pays off. Changing all the fluids and a full inspection is a good idea.
A good wash, wax, clay bar and some TLC will do wonders for the car.
I would get some new floor mats though. The ones you have look they took a beating. Maybe some all weather ones?

Btw, if I ordered a rear bumper from Sewell, would I have to get it painted myself ?
