Default Still in limp mode after new installs!

So I went ahead and got the new throttle body for it and the CEL is off now. accelerator is good but I still cant get it over 3000 rpm and still wont go over 30 miles an hour. ive adjusted the tps replaced the throttle body new plugs wires and coil packs and am still having problems on trouble shooting the problem. any help is appreciated.

reset the ecu? how's your MAF sensor?

I disconnected the battery held the brake for 30 seconds and reconnected about 5 minutes later. I also cleaned the MAF and its still in limp mode its getting irritating lol.

did you do throttle body relearn procedure?
