i have it on my car. no rubbing on the hood. but the clearance between the engine cover and the bar is tight so i just took my engine cover off.

i have the cf version and it does not clear the engine cover, i left it on cause it doesn't vibrate or make any noise, if it bothers you, just take the cover off

you will notice a difference with the strut bar alone but you will notice a bigger difference if you went with the sways first

where are you getting yours anyways?

i have the jic bar and i'm still trying to find the trd race sways

Hey...do you like the JLC strut bar?
to answer your other question....i am getting mine from carson toyota over on the IS300.NET. He does the group buys over there and i asked him if he is going to be selling the TRD race sways and he said they should be in about 8 weeks. I would talk to him about it becuase they go very fast and i am on a list right now of the people who want them and if you dont have the money he goes on to the next person. If you want the race sways i suggest you go over to IS300.Net and PM carson toyota....he will get back to you regarding the TRD race sways. They are like 369 plus 12 dollars shipping. Let me know how it turns out!!
