New owner from Houston, TX - 2001 blue is300
I decided I needed a daily (also have honda s2000), so I bought this IS300 from a friend's friend...
it came all stock, however i changed majority of the lights to LED since most were burnt out...
thanks to my friend and his connections at lexus dealership, i was able to replace all the front seals, all the gaskets, timing belt, water pump, CV joints, flush all fluids for around $700...
my next (and probably last) mod will be to upgrade the stereo and speakers, and try to find an OEM armrest for the center console...

thanks...
my next to-do list is to resurface the rotors (shakes in high speed when braking), new oil pan (leaking a bit), and probably a Pioneer double-din HU (AVH-X2600BT)...
the stereo place said the stock speakers are actually pretty good and wouldn't recommend changing them out (unless worn and/or blown), and it's the stock HU that is holding the speakers potential back... is this true?
