Default all compatible parts for 2jzge

hi everyone im new to this site but have looked in many places and cant seem to find what im looking for so for my question
I have recently purchased a 2005 is300 2jzge vvt-i engine and I have know that the 2jz is in the sc300/400, gs300 I think, and also the supra of course
so what im trying to do is find out what parts from all of these different cars are compatible and will directly bolt up to my is300 2jzge vvt-i
any and all parts that you guy can think of that are the same will be helpful to me
also if u can give me links to others pages or forums that can answer my question will be helpful too
my goal is to create almost a full list of all compatible parts for all of these engines so people could potentially same money and have a bigger list of parts to look for and buy than just having to look for the exact part for their year and model 2jz
thanks for helping

From what I know, non vvti 2JZGEs have thicker rods than vvti 2JZGEs. Stock injector sizes for the IS300 are like 240cc or something real low and GS300 injectors are 305s. There are some more little differences here and there but not exactly sure.

This may help you a little:

There's probably a ton more threads on the supraforums addressing the differences between the GEs

As for years Lexus, the 98+ SC300's & GS300's have the VVT-i engine that is the same and compatible as your '05. 97's and below have the non VVT-i

Almost everything is interchangeable in the 2JGE and 2JGTE except the intake and exhaust manifolds. Other than that you can get most other parts to swap right over including internals, crank, head, oil pan, water pump, oil pump, ac compressor, alternator, coils (with mods) and more

Are sensors also interchangeable? i have a 99 sc300 that needs a new Accelerator pedal position sensor (APPS) and im wondering if i can rip one off an 01 is300

As long as its another GE VVTi engine, all the sensors are the same/interchangeable except the MAF. IS300's have the newer smaller square MAF. Older VVTi engines have the huge one. One thing I found interesting is the spark plug heat range is one colder on the IS than prior models. My 98 GS calls for 5 in NGKs scale. Went to put plugs in my buddies IS and had NGK 6 heat range come out. Looked it up and it's right for the car. Strange considering no differences had been made.

What about the Fuel pump assembly? Crank position sensor? What about brakes and rotors?

The question was about the 2jz engine and it's interchangeability. What works from different model cars outside of the engine is a whole other thing, and it doesn't belong in this this thread. Either research it or ask in a new thread.
