Default Pricing a 2003 Lexus IS300

Hi everyone,
I'm buying a 2003 Lexus IS300 from a family member whom I have a great relationship with (and I want to keep it that way). The car has ~50k miles (yes, that low). KBB prices the car near $11,500 whereas Edmunds prices the car near $7,500. I'm inclined to believe the KBB value but wanted to get some data points from you guys.

Is it an automatic or a tsp manual? Manuals can go that high in price (especially with that mileage) but automatics are everywhere. I would say ~7.5k is fair for a low mileage AT.

Default Manual transmission

It is a manual transmission car. I'm thinking I'll give him $9,000-10,000.
