DD Boost Application NA-T IS300/W55
So im looking into boosting my IS300. As of right now I'm looking into buying the CXRacing Turbo Kit. I know will need at least injectors and a fuel pump as this is not a full kit. I plan on going with a Walbro 255lph fuel pump. However I'm not sure on what size of injectors I was looking at the TokenSolution PnP 725cc injectors.. At the moment I will probably be running the stock ecu on only 5lbs of boost until I get an ems and the car will only see between 7-10lbs of boost then. CXRacing claims that they have ran an IS300 with that kit for a few thousand miles with no problems with a 255lph fuel pump and 1jz-gte injectors. I will also probably need a thicker headgasket. What else should I need and what injectors should I run that would be plug and play?

Sounds like your on the right track except your not going to succeed without a piggyback or ECU. Many people have tried to run this car on low boost on stock ECU and have failed. Just do it right the first time and wait until your ready to build and tune. I recommend an AEM standalone but they're pricey.
The tokensolutions injectors are a good choice. I actually have a pair of TS 700cc injectors for sale. I got them not knowing they wouldn't fit my new intake manifold. I was only able to run them to start the car a few times. I also have a tapped fuel rail, aem v1 standalone, and LS400 80mm throttle body for sale. Let me know if you need anything

I was actually looking running a piggyback Dezod AEM V2 so I could keep my factory options. Could I keep power steering/climate control/cruise control with that ECU?

TS 725 injectors should be alright? Im probably going to go with a piggyback system since from what ive read I can keep everything with the dezod. The max boost the car will see with a EMS and tune will be 10lbs. CXRacing Kit, 725cc TS injectors, 255 fuel pump, ems, thicker head gasket, racing timing belt arp head studs/bolts should make a decent reliable DD with a little bit of boost for fun?
