the crome looks nice, I have no Idea where you can get it never seen those in catalogs or anything.
Have you seen the grille on the new IS sport design, it's not chrome but it's pretty sweet. I found an ad online that said that said that if I test drive the IS I get a free subscription to media week magazine here's the link

The SportDesign is Lexus' (noble) attempt at "tricking" out the Is 300 for people who don't feel the need to do a lot of aftermarket improvements themselves. It's got nicer 17s, drilled pedals, a custom grille, pearl finished lights all around, and, what did it for me - new colour options and GRAY LEATHER interior. The leather is by far the best part.

Everything they added to the IS300 is nice except for the new wheel design. The old five-star wheel is a classic and should still be offered on the SportDesign. It looks much sportier IMO.

Go to the ClubLexus Library and then the Do It Yourself section.

In there they have an article on how to chrome a factory GS grill.

It''s the same basic process for the IS.

Your IS grill is Chrome underneath the paint.

That's all that LexusGrill does to chrome a grill. You can do it yourself for a few bucks.

BTW - Many on Clublexus will strongly recommend that you NOT do business with that source, due to poor business practices and ethics.

Millen does not currently market the grill seen on the IS430. They do sell a custom grill and other accessories for the IS, but not a chrome grill.

FYI...

I have seen a couple of threads of guys that took their old OEM grills and removed the paint. Under the paint is chrome. I have currently started this, but it is messy and takes time.

The results are pretty good so far. Sorry no pics or links.

Erm, try the is300.net online store, or lextasy.com, or even ebay!
