Correct me if I'm wrong but I was hoping on keeping my 215/45's and using the money to roll my fenders. Question is do u guys think I'll have to roll the rear too?

Im wanting to go to OEM 18, Forged if possible.
My car is stock and I pretty much plan on keeping it that way. No lowering, is that ok? I get that I need smaller tires to equal out height.
