Default Manzo exhaust any good?

I've got an 03 manual IS. Has suspension and staggered wheels. Now, the car suffers from silentosis. It's way too quiet! I heard a few clips of Manzo catback on a few IS's. Sounds deep and mean to me. Anybody else have a take on it? Not very costly. Not a scream can like other cheap exhaust systems.

That's what I'm going for. I want a deep growl when I'm on the throttle and a little sound when cruising. I can't afford the mega expensive stuff. Have you thought about a header as well? I'm guessing if you eliminate the cat, an 02 simulator would be needed.

Also, did you notice any significant power gain?

I appreciate the info. I'll do a little more research on headers and mid pipes before making a choice. Pretty set on the Manzo now for the back section.
