Default Bogging in 1st after hot restart?

I have a 2002 IS300 2.75 SRT Turbo. Anytime I restart the car after it's warm it will bog in 1st when letting out the clutch. Other than that it runs great all the time. A/F ratios go very rich and sweeps lean right away then clears out and the car drives fine till I come to a stop and try to start out again. I don't think it is a tuning issue as the issue was not there after the tuning and now suddenly has appeared. There are no boost leaks. Front O2 sensors are plugged in, but not installed in the exhaust, rears are deleted with Tokensolutions delete. MAF is blow threw just before the Throttle body. Running a 3 bar GM MAP sensor. I am using a Haltech F10X with 870cc injectors with a built GE with R154 swap. Any input would be great
