Default Auto to manual conversion

hey guys, new member here. I just purchased a 2001 is300 automatic of course. Just wondering what all I need to convert into manual and what is the price range that I'll be expecting for the shop to do it? Thanks in advance.

Honestly, it would be better for you to sell your current IS and pick up one that came factory manual. If you want it to be close to factory as possible be prepared to spend some cash. Including cost of the w55 transmission, driveshaft, wiring, and the service, You're around $4000 - $5000.

I'm currently in the process of doing a auto to manual swap on my IS project, I'm doing the work and trans fitment, but I'm not concerned with all the "OEM" sensors. between my clutch, flywheel, trans, clutch pedal & driveshaft, I'm almost at $3000 and I still have to order parts.
