I have been a long time member of CL and had my 2001 Lexus IS300 for roughly 6 years. Sold it to a new owner who is still loving the car and running strong with nearly 250k miles.
So as i sold my 2001 and purchased an 06' TSX / 6-speed. I still have for a daily. I also have a company car i drive mostly. But i still missed my IS300 very badly! (pics are below of my previous build)

A year later i started looking at getting another IS300. I really fell in love with the new style. Even though i am still in love with the older 01'-05' models... I decided to finally purchase a new IS300. (2017)
I said i was going to keep the new model stock. Well that didn't last very long.... Since purchasing my new 2017 IS300 AWD - F Sport. I already got her tuned and bought new wheels. Pics are below...

From old to new... These cars are absolutely amazing. The new 2017 models basically drive themselves... Still in love with these cars nearly 16 years later in design. I was never a big fan of the 2G models...
With the tune from RR Racing. It makes this car a monster both from a stop and on the highway. Very fun to drive and hoping to supercharge next summer after breaking in. Only has 6k miles currently.
* If your debating on buying the newer models. You won't be dissapointed, You can opt for either RWD or AWD... As I live in the northeast. I went with AWD and its very impressive in the snow!!!
Enjoy!!!!!
