on the hunt for wheel adapters

Good morning all.. my name is Rob and I'm new to the forum life.. anyways.. my wife damaged one of my stock wheels and ended up getting me an entire new wheel set up.. but here is the problem im having.. my stocks are 5x114.3 and my new set is 5x100.. the stock bore is 60.1mm and the wheel is 73.1 mm.. i am playing hell trying to find wheel adapters that have a hub centric ring connected to them for the sizes i need.. maybe someone can point me in the right direction on how to make this set up work for me. i can find the adapters no problem.. but i cant find ANY that has a hub centric shoulder on that so i can put new rings on it to make them fit. if anyone can help that would be awesome.. or if anyone possibly has what im looking for, for sale that would be awesome too!
