I just bought an 03 is300 today and it runs great and had no problems, but I got home and the key will turn almost all the way off but doesn't turn the radio off and I have to wiggle it around for like 5 minutes to get it to shut off. I thought it was the wheel lock so I tried starting it again to fix it but it won't turn to the on position, I can't get it to turn past accessory. Anyone know what it is? Do I just need a new ignition cylinder?

 

Dam that sucks. The shaft inside could be broken. Let me link you. Did you notice if the key was the Key Bent before hand at all? Push the Key in and turn steer wheel with some pressure clockwise and then key fob like your gonna start the car but not start... try not to break anything if its really stuck. Watch this Link. Good news is you have the key and its not lost. Lost key is the worst.
