Default TPS problem?

I have a 2001 is300, automatic transmission, 230,000 miles. I was getting the codes for o2 sensor and throttle position sensor. Replaced both, car still gave me the code for throttle position sensor so I read more into it and calibrated it. The car will run perfectly fine for a couple hours then traction control light comes on and it loses acceleration and I have to push the pedal all the way to the floor to get any response. I bought my own code reader and this is what I got “OBD2: DTC p1121 throttle position sensor circuit intermittent high voltage. Lexus: acceleration pedal position sensor range /performance problem”. Does anybody know what this specifically means or how to fix it?

The 1121 is not the TPS. It is the APP sensor. Replace it. It is the one that the throttle cable attaches to.
