Default 04 engine hesitation

Currently have a pretty bad hesitation from my motor when in drive , when in neutral or messing the throttle body i cant really seem to hear the misfire all too bad if at all. how ever when driving and i want to floor it the rps rev and can jump to like 3 or 4k and it wont really move. the prior owner i bought it from seemed to have got me , it seems like it had been sitting for a long time and the og motor had some rod knock so i copped a new one from one of those jdm shops , swaped over most external parts .motor runs good but it continued to have misfire from cyl 6 and now i check today it seemed to move to 5. ive done work so far like full timing service and park plugs & already changed MAF for a new one so idk why one of the codes coming back is for MAF , cant seem to figure what is causing this hesi / misfire . here are the codes if anyone can help me pinpoint this better i would appreciate it

P0300, P0305 , P0102 , P0113 , P0441 , P0717 , P0980

Replace MAF sensor and make sure there are no vacuum leaks.
Replace the two speed sensors on the transmission. Also when was your last fluid and filter change on the trannu? If fluid is not old and sensors have been changed and it still does it. It is in the wiring or at the tranny controller.

Your evap code you can track down after getting it running right. It is not a problem that will effect running of the motor.

Look over the connectors and wiring on the MAF. Check the connectors on the coils and igniter. Injectors too.
