Well the IS has taken a lower priority to my GS mod project:

Both cars WILL be on display at Toyotafest in Long Beach tomorrow.

We'll be camped out at the canopies with ClubLexus and LGWNorCal Banners on them.
Anyone visiting the show, please don't hesitate to drop by and say Hi to INDGOGRL and myself.
There are plans for updates to the IS coming this summer.

Man...we've come a long way. Some recent photos of "the cousins" all over CA and NV from the Sin City Meet (April 07) & Toyotafest (May 07) . Nearly 4 years later and 10k miles for INDGOGRL's IS and 100k miles for my IS...we manage to travel together when possible.

After reading this thread and seeing how long ago it was started I was shocked to learn that you still have the car. I have never know many people that mod cars to keep them this long, regardless of how much they have done to them. I love your car and it is one of the best ones that I have seen. I feel that this is in my mind the ideal IS. Congrats on a great car. Keep it going.

At the same time the wifey recently saw in person her "next" vehicle, so it is just a matter of time how muc more we will keep this car. At this point there are mods still slated but unfortunately there are several more mods on my GS before I go back to the wifeys. Don't tell her, cause she keeps bugging me to get her new mods done. If it means the new mods will allow us to hang on to the car for another year, then good.
I can't say when we will stop modding, but it really all depends when the wifey is ready to move on. I'm hoping we'll have the car atleast another year.
What Lexus might she get to replace this one? Well I can tell you it is three letters and the first letter Starts with an "I" and the last ends in an "F".

As Big Joe said it's an auto. The best I can do next time is get a vehicle with paddle shift.
Hmmmm that narrows down the choices.
