how much and where can i get the headers?

How hard is it to get the headers off of these cars? Is it a garage job, or do a lot of parts have to come off in order to get them out.

I have a LS400, and on my car I know you have the take the entire engine out. Is it like this on a IS?

I am asking because my friend is getting a IS and I will be doing a lot of the installation for him.
