Default The header and race pipe are in....Pros/Cons....

First, what a pain in the a$$ to get stock out...but once out, new goes in easy :-)

Pros: Lots of Power....Man, this car pulls sooooo hard.
Sounds awsome, has this wicked raspy(don't ****** with me sounds)...LOL
Cons: extremely loud, but oh well can deal with loudness for power.

Do you know or can you tell if there is any air leaking after installation? Does it bolt up nice and tight? I had heard that some IS owners had problems with aftermarket headers leaking. Hopefully yours don't. They look awesome compared to stock. Good luck

Funny you should say that...LOL, My best friend Bill, the UPS man came today (yes again) and dropped off some more goodies.

No leaks, bolt right up, no problems other than the stock head pipe with BIG cats a pain to get out of car.

Unfortunately, yes. I got the damn light on. I went out and got O2 sims, the light was out for 3 days and came back on. Grrrrrrrrr, this is the latest downfall. The code it is throwing is a Bank 1, Bank 2 low cat eff code. I have not raced the car since the light has come on. I might have wired the O2 sims in wrong also. I will fix this weekend.

i have a lot of questions if you dont mind

are those the obx header/pipe?
have you dyno'd it if not how much increase do you think you achieved?
how many o2 sims do we need?
you said its really loud...are you using your stock exhaust?
is it a deep raspy ricey sound or is it a low rumble and is there any droning while your driving?
do you think you could post a clip of how the header/pipe sounds on your car?

thanks i appreciate it

goodjob btw!

Ok, they are the OBX header, not a ricey sound but a deep rumble, there is resonation at 3500-6000+ rpm , but tolerable. I am not using stock exhaust either, ...need 2 O2 sims for back two(downstream). :-)
