Default Help PLEASE

I bought a 2006 IS 250 AWD. I bought the car sight unseen because of the price. The car was delivered and when I drove it, it barely accelerated. The engine runs amazing, but it just doesn't seem to move. It's as if it won't go above 60. The vsc and check engine lights are on, but I don't have any codes. The car currently has a donut spare on the front because I need to get a tire changed. Can this have anything to do with it? The rpms seem to go high and I sometimes had to let off for it to shift, but even then, it's so sluggish even though the engine seems stellar. I don't have a scanner to pull codes. Any and all advice would be very appreciated. Thank you

The only thing the spare tire would do is throw a TPMS code.

.The VSC and TRAC OFF lights are on because there are codes.......you just don't have the right tools to scan those codes.

OR......

....or your CEL is not on because it'itself is malfunctioning.

Gonna have to pay a shop for a proper diagnosis.

Thank you for your input. I pulled the codes this morning. Two were for oxygen sensors. The other was P0102: Mass Airflow Sensor. Could that be causing an issue this severe?
