Codes p0202,p2197 and p2241
Hello does anybody know how to fix this code p0202 is injector ckt open cylinder 2 and the other codes are for o2 sensors i can see smoke coming from o2 sensors is this all related to the injector on cylinder 2? I know like 2months ago car got new sparkplugs car is 2008 lexus is250 need help with this thanks

Post the freeze frame data if you can? Your scan tool should be capable.
Since you replaced spark plugs recently. Im wondering vacuum leak, non functioning PCV... etc.
Post the current fuel trim data as of now while the car is idling.
Then reset engine codes, and do the same monitor the fuel trims, and post here.
Stuck lean meaning it's compensation for a rich condition.
