Those inserts are not shown separately available in the parts diagram.

Although that caliper looks like a standard caliper used on many 350's, that is not normal in the US with that tiny pad and IIRC ours do have that insert on there (the part you are missing). Can you confirm which end of the car that is for? Our rear caliper is a floating caliper reliant on a single piston and guide pins but the pad is about that size.
What region is your car from? I suggest buying a used caliper from your region.
IS-350 US spec front caliper.
I looked at our service kits and that is not a service item.

You may find it on any used 350 or even GS-350 front caliper though.

OP, another option is anyone in a machine shop with a lathe could make this in 15 minutes. Maybe faster if you hand them a spare.
If sized properly, it will have a slight interference fit into the caliper and not come out. I suggest permanent thread locker be applied once you confirm it seats fully, pull it apart and apply it, assemble and torque to spec.

Thank you for feedback, I'm located in Europe, so qty of spare parts is lower against US market.
Missing is from front caliper, both. Service guy put them away unfortunatelly when ISF been installed on car.
Anyway I think that last option you mentioned will be best cause this part isnt spare part unfortunatelly...
Again thank you for help, will let you know how been made, if someone will come with similar issue.

What are you saying about IS-F? Are you trying sell these as you upgraded?

Anyone know if these are reusable? The service manual doesn't say anything about one-time use or replacing. It also doesn't mention if/where to put any grease (onto the hub face behind the rotor, eg). I guess this is obv some should go there, just found it curious since the service manual is littered with references to their red rubber "lithium soap base glycol grease".

High temp antiseize compound might be okay if there are no solids in it. Grease absolutely fly or drip out when hot. Use sparingly and for the rear, you can count on it getting on the e-brake shoes. I might do the flange but not the flat area.

Also, I lazily used the word "grease" when I meant copper anti-sieze. My bad! So anti-size behind the rotor hat or no?
