Default New Lightbar Tail Light Release For 06-12 IS250/350/IS-F

Just received one of the first sets of 2006-2012 2IS lightbar tail lights

I've been waiting for these to come out for months after seeing a couple of photos online from China and there didn't seem to be any real information about them, but after managing to track down the supplier in China I had a set shipped over on EMS, which took about a week to arrive in New Zealand.

You're either gonna love it or hate it, but personally these are my favorite 2IS tail lights so far and make the rear end of my '08 IS350 look a lot more modern. Definitely a good way to compliment the 2021+ front bumper conversion. Aside from having a really nice start-up animation and sequential turn signals, they're actually really bright, even in direct sunlight. As an added bonus they have the rear fog light feature, which even the manufacturer never mentioned, but that will only work if you have the rear fog light option on your headlight stalk (mostly non-US models), which luckily mine does. Everything was plug and play and they arrived in a massive box with it's own custom pre-moulded polystyrene.

Everyone will have their own opinion, but I definitely have no regrets

For what it's worth. It's not even my car, but I have no regrets over it. They look awesome OP.

Wow that looks amazing! I was waiting for something like this, or getting the HC Motion v2, does the middle piece just go over the middle (looks like it does in the pics), Would you be able to get a pic with everything off (lights turn off I mean) in the daytime? =) thanks

HC motion, they have it on their ig... looks nice from far but when looking at it closer, it's too tacky for me and don't need my old 350 to have similar tails as my 500 lol... it's nice to have more option for an old 2nd gen, props for hc motion to keep making new stuff for 2nd gen

Yes. Saw better pictures of them. The iluminated part sticks out too far ruining the whole sleek look. Vland huge side ears all over again.
Anyone wondering price is ca 500USD + shipping.

Here's the link. Use code SCOTT20 to save $20 USD: https://www.archaic-direct.com/produ...-through-light

Best deal out there. HC Motion is selling them for $649.99 USD on eBay, so this is $120 USD cheaper and fully legit.

Hey I'm super new to cars and just bought an IS 350. I ordered the light bar and my final car is the one in these photos. Do you know what rims are the ones on the car and the size of the rims? It looks like it has a Staggered fitment. If you happen to have all the mods that would be awesome on the car.

Thank you!

They look alright.. not sure why everyone is going crazy about “light bar” lights tho.. especially light bars that protrude from the existing bodywork. You have like 3 IS350’s don’t you? Maybe it’s time to snag a 4th gen.. maybe an is500?? I’m not a big fan of making older cars look like newer cars in some way shape or fashion.. Back in the day we called those people posers lol I just bought an IS350c.. be living that top down life reeaaal soon

3x IS350s and an IS-F, with no desire to upgrade. The IS500 is only available in America and Japan, and the IS-F is technically more of a capable car from a performance stand point. I feel the same way about IS convertibles as you do about the light bar tail lights. To me the convertible is either a girls car or someone going through a mid-life crisis (the ultimate posers), but I guess that's why we all have our own opinions

This is true. What a world we live in, all these people and their opinions lol I’ve had my 350 for 8yrs now.. not that I’m bored of it but in my mid life crisis, I kinda like the idea of having the option top up or down. I feel ya on the older gen cars being more capable.. the gearing on the 350’s with the 6spd is something to marvel at. I’ll definitely be modding the ISC to my taste.. make it look a bit more masculine (if that’s even a thing these days lol)
