I recently bought this car drove it 3 hours home no issues then I noticed this rattling at start up and also at low rpms going under 20mph I tried to recreate it in the videos as best I could if anybody has any input I would really appreciate it thank you.

The start-up noise is going to be the VVT cam gear; there had been a recall for it. I had the same start-up rattle, mine was dealership-replaced, and it has been fine ever since.

The other noise could be the loud direct injection, which is completely normal. A new and odd noise to those unfamiliar with a IS350, but is totally normal. But, if you can get a video posted, we'll take a look.
