Default 2006 Lexus IS350 Won’t Crank Has Power-HELP

I have an 06 IS350 that won’t start. When I put my foot on the break and push the start button 1 time I don’t hear and noises, when I hit it a second time it’s not wanting to crank over. Everything powers on and warning lights on the dash come on but won’t completely turn over. When it does it’s for maybe 30-60 seconds and the car dies again. My check engine light, check VSC, ABS, and P/S lights are on. I have changed the MAF sensor and recently replaced the spark plugs due to a misfire. I am also have 8 Electronic-Controlled Power Steering codes pop up C0226,C0236,C0246,C0256,C0278, C1201, C1223 ABS Control System Malfunction, C1249 Open Circuit. I also have 3 codes pertaining to the O2 sensors, P0171 System Too Lean Bank, P0174 System Too Lean Bank 2.
PLEASE HELP ME…I CANT keep replacing parts that are not the issue. I do have it a mechanic but he can’t figure it out either! Could someone PLEASE give me some in-site on what to do!?!?

Thank you in advance!

I would disregard the power steering and ABS codes, as those would not normally stop the engine from kicking over.

I'm leaning towards a fuel pump personally as being the root cause.

Did all of these problems occur after any sort of event, repair, storm, accident, etc?

I'd guess all them codes are a product of a bad battery going under voltage. When all them computer drop off line from low voltage they generate errors when communication is lost.

Have the battery tested.

It was actually running fine and I drove it in a road trip and when I parked it and went to start it the next day I got no response. I have been to 2 mechanics and they can’t tell me anything but want to keep replacing parts that we don’t even know are the issue. So I’m going to have to take it to a dealership to hook it up to get the real issue. When I can Toyota they are telling me the can do such thing that I need to find a Lexus dealership. And the closest one to me is about 30 minutes. Any suggestions on who can give me a diagnosis reading? Audi, Cadillac etc? Thank you in advance

Was unsure where to post however, just experienced the "vehicle no start".

Earlier in the day, I accessed the vehicle to roll up the windows, and left as usual with the FOB in hand. While walking away, I could hear the beeps, while trying to press the LOCK button. At that point, just continued walking away to my destination.
Upon returning, vehicle would not unlock when the Unlock button was pressed. Entered vehicle and nothing had power (tried starting as well). I did notice the AMBER blinking LED ignition indicator within the start button, and don't believe there was a blinking RED security indicator light. Had to "jump" the vehicle. Vehicle started as soon as the cables touched the battery.

My inquiry is this, did this occur due to me not locking the vehicle prior to walking away, and perhaps the Theft Deterrent System immobilized the vehicle, due to FOB no longer being in the required proximity of the vehicle, and that was needed to do, was place the Lexus LOGO on FOB onto the Start Button and press while pressing the brake to start! Perhaps I left the vehicle in auxiliary mode when leaving, and vehicle being in that state for 2 hours discharged the battery, and vehicle did need to be jumped!!!

You probably had a fading battery and/or a failing alternator. You just experienced the last hurrah of it. Check the voltage of the battery it should be 12.5 or so without the engine running. Check the battery voltage when the engine is running - it should be 13.8 to 14.8 if all is well. Also be sure the battery terminals aren't corroded or loose.

so I finally found out what the issues was after 2 mechanics and $1,000. I had to take it to Lexus due to the fact NOONE could figure it what was the issue. So long story short Lexus started I need my “Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor” replaced. With that being said the work done now is costing me $2,000 on top of what I have already spent. Has anyone ever had to have this replaced or heard of anything of this matter? Thank you in advance

Unsure if the first recall may be associated the 2006 IS 350 or your vehicle VIN;

TOYOTA / LEXUS Safety Recall & Service lookup;
https://www.toyota.com/recall

Recall no.11V029000
TOYOTA IS RECALLING CERTAIN MODEL YEAR 2006-2009 LEXUS IS AND MODEL YEAR 2006-2007 LEXUS GS VEHICLES. DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TIGHTENING OF THE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR CONNECTED TO AN ENGINE FUEL DELIVERY PIPE WITH NICKEL PHOSPHORUS PLATING, THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT, OVER TIME, THE PRESSURE SENSOR COULD LOOSEN. IF LOOSENING OCCURS, FUEL COULD LEAK PAST A GASKET USED IN THE CONNECTION BETWEEN THE SENSOR AND THE PIPE AND THROUGH THE THREADED PORTION OF THE SENSOR.
Recall action
DEALERS WILL INSPECT FOR FUEL LEAKAGE FROM THE THREADED PORTION OF THE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR AND IF A FUEL LEAK IS NOT CONFIRMED, DEALERS WILL FURTHER TIGHTEN THE FUEL PRESSURE SENSOR WITH THE PROPER TORQUE. IF A FUEL LEAK IS CONFIRMED, THE GASKET BETWEEN THE SENSOR AND THE FUEL DELIVER PIPE WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW ONE, AND THE SENSOR WILL BE TIGHTENED WITH THE PROPER TORQUE. THIS SERVICE WILL BE PERFORMED FREE OF CHARGE. THE MANUFACTURER HAS NOT YET PROVIDED AN OWNER NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE. OWNERS MAY CONTACT TOYOTA AT 1-800-331-4331.
