Default Anyone done an IS250 engine rebuild?

After far too much time being spent already trying to get my non-starting IS250 running (180,000 miles) it was determined to have low compression after the 10 days it sat in my driveway. Compression was measuring 0 lbs. I cleaned the valves, and poured some B12 and Marvel Mystery Oil into the cylinders, turned the motor slowly by hand and lt things sit for a while. Then pumped out the oil to the best of my ability, put it back together, and it ran. It ran with a lot of oil being burned at the same time, but it ran. Unfortunately, it continues to spew smoke when it is under a load (oil in the exhaust). My guess is that still, there is a ring that is not holding up correctly, and thus letting oil into the cylinder and thus burning it. It only happens when it is under a load though. In any case, I think it is time to simply do a rebuild, unless someone has a good idea how to fix this issue in some other way. Has anyone done an engine rebuild here before on the IS250?

Perhaps just drop in a low mileage 3GR and call it done? It likely cost the same as the parts.
