Default Aftermarket Seats!

Want a bucket for ONLY the drivers because I slide around way too much and I also want a lower seating position. Wanted a rec on what brackets and seats you guys are running and like.

Also wanted to ask what specific resistors I would need for the airbag light and a way to do it without splicing wires. I’ve seen the resistors method but only need the drivers so no worries for the weight sensor. How did yall fix it and whatd you use? Thanks!

I solved that problem by getting the 2012 is350 f sport seats. The isf seats will also do if you don't want to lose the air bags

Just one caveat they work only for 2007 and up. The 2006 models have different connections.

The only other workaround is switching out the seat harness. I initially thought my 07 has this issue and bought a harness. It was like 60$~.

I figure it's less trouble to wire an 06 to 07 and be safe than to put in bucket seats and disabling the air bags. I'd look into that vs aftermarket.

The other option I can think of is to reupholster the seats to make them hug you, specially your upper body. Less headaches for you.

i want the airbags NOT disable via a resistor method on the plug. so that the other airbags in the car are still functioning, i just don't need the one in the drivers seat because bucket seat/ also much prefer the comfort of a bucket
