I have a 2011 IS350 with only one key FOB. What are my options for getting a second key fob programmed without going to the dealer? Thanks.

I did this option:

1.-Buy a second hand FOB
Here in Spain you can find for 30$
2.-Buy IPROG+ (80$) to "virgin the KEY"

3.-Buy VCI cable + Techstream to program the KEY
-VCI cable over 25$
-Access Techstream program

4.-You should go to a locksmith to make the blade for you.
Price in Spain 15$

So for 150$ plus cost access to Techstream you can have the copy. the 3rd one will be cost only 45$ and also you have the VCI cable to connect to your IS350.
