My 2is Trunk won’t open no matter what
My 2is 250 trunk won’t open I’ve tried the valet switch I’ve also tried all my buttons to open it and still nothing works if anyone had experienced this as well let me know I got my work supplies in my trunk and really need it
Also forgot to mention I left my car at the dealer for them to fix my airbag passenger side under glove box so I’m worried they did something

Might you/they be able to pull the emergency release handle that is inside the trunk? Of course it would require some sort of extension grab tool to pull it. Could be a sensor or actuator fault.
A bit off topic, but my wife's 2020 Explorer had this same issue for the rear hatch over the weekend. Funny thing is, Ford is soooooo smart that they didn't make a pull lever from inside to manually release it. So after 20 times of turning it off and on, moving from one parking spot to another (Costco), I popped the hood and thought to myself...what electrical connection could I pull in here to reset it. Well, the factory plastic covers over the battery are near impossible to undo without tools; so that wasn't about to happen. So I'm looking at the ECU in the engine bay, and see a sizeable connector just in front of the ECU (but not ECU-related). Figured WTH...PULLED IT. Reconnected it, and bam...rear hatch now works! Lesson : when in doubt, reset the electronics of the car. Always carry a 10mm on you to remove the negative battery cable from the terminal.
