I have a 2012 Lexus is250 with 82K and this sound just started last week. It's coming from behind the center console it seems. Behind the Navigation unit. I have the same rattling and vibration in this video.


I took apart the center console and nothing is lose in there so I am perplexed. It's not the servo damper or fan. If I turn everything off (fan & radio) it still makes the sound. It makes the sound when accelerating around 2k - 3k rpms. It goes away after that point. The comments say replacing bushings. Others say it's exhaust clips.

Looking for any clues on where to start with a mechanic.
