Recently I’ve had to fix a engine code p2009 and it turned on again.ive already clean the manifold and replaced it and still turns on and recently the car doesn’t turn on what could be the cause of this problem ?

 

The issue is probably on the lower intake, and not the upper. Most likely it's this shown in the link here.
