Hi Everyone!
I’ve just bought my first IS250 (2008 IS250 AWD w/ ~121k km) and am looking for guidance to reliably Autocross (sticking to STX class I think) and have some light-duty novice track days with it.
At this point in time, I’m not looking at upgrades until the existing OEM parts give out. Everything is stock at the moment and my current plans are mainly to baseline the maintenance on the car (spark plugs, coolant change, diff fluid, transmission fluid).
I’ll be installing a racecapture data logger before the season starts to keep track of temps during my runs. Any useful PIDs to track?
Are there any major weak points I should be aware of on the drivetrain or suspension? (Is a baffled oil pan needed on the 4GR-FSE?)
Happy Holidays and thanks in advance!
